Lemon Law

A purchaser or lessee of a vehicle in California has certain legal rights under California law if the vehicle fails to perform in a manner provided for under the vehicle's express warranty. The Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, commonly referred to as the "Lemon Law" in California, provides certain remedies or solutions to a consumer when a manufacturer or its representative are unable to service or repair a vehicle after a reasonable number of attempts to meet the terms of your warranty. Under certain conditions, the manufacturer may even be required to replace your vehicle with a new one. Let Federman Law Firm counsel you regarding your particular situation and determine whether you qualify.
